Jess first started playing the guitar at age 9 and singing at age 4. She went on to study Music Technology at Northampton College, achieving triple distinction in her BTEC National Diploma before achieving a 2:1 in her BA at UEA also studying Music Technology. Jess has since spent her time live sound engineering, collaborating with other artists and performing at pubs, clubs, weddings, birthdays and festivals. This year, Jess achieved a distinction in her MSc in Audio Engineering.

Jess is classically trained, having received a formal musical education throughout her time at secondary school and in her undergraduate degree. She achieved grade 8 in guitar playing, grade 5 in violin and grade 4 in piano during that time.
